US Bank Shows Off Voice Banking

US Bank has been testing voice banking with FlexPerks credit card customers for about a year, and on Friday, the Minneapolis-based bank released a video showing off the feature for retail customers. The video also shows off voice-powered biometric security, as hinted by Nuance Communications in a recent conversation with Bank Innovation.
